The Baker position at Au Bon Pain is a vital role responsible for producing the legendary high-quality baked goods that the café is known for. Bakers at Au Bon Pain start their day early, typically arriving between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM, to prepare an assortment of fresh pastries and breads that will be served throughout the day. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for baking.
