As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Waldorf Astoria Resort Maui, you will play a vital role within the Food and Beverage team. This full-time position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience and location. In this position, you will assist the General Manager in overseeing and organizing the operations of the resort's signature restaurants and bars to ensure a flawless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include managing guest service standards, maintaining product quality, controlling costs, and supporting profitability goals. You will contribute to marketing initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement while also playing an active role in recruiting, training, anddeveloping team members. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with a passion for hospitality and creating extraordinary guest experiences. You should have at least two years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume bar environment, preferably in luxury hotel settings.
