  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related culinary position
  • Completion of 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably in culinary arts
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management
  • Ability to train, lead, and coordinate kitchen staff
  • Demonstrated understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to manage special catering events and culinary demonstrations
