The Aviation Manager will champion aviation safety and mission readiness by collaborating with safety officers, Mobile Medicine leaders, and vendors to implement Aviation Resource Management and Crew Resource Management protocols. Promoting a just culture and leading event reviews are key responsibilities. The role also prioritizes operational excellence by fostering relationships with MedCenter Air, AirCare, and all aviation personnel to optimize aircraft availability while minimizing out-of-service time.   • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have certification as FAA Pilot or Maintenance certification, CMTE, or MTSP-C

  • Knowledge of rotor-wing and fixed-wing operations
  • Ability to lead and work across multiple disciplines involved in air medical transport
