The role of the General Manager at Halperns Steak & Seafood is a pivotal leadership position responsible for steering the Fort Lauderdale facility toward sustained and aggressive business growth while maintaining alignment with both divisional and corporate objectives. This full-time leadership role involves the development and oversight of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), reactive adjustments based on market trends, and active participation in long-range planning activities. The General Manager will work collaboratively across multiple departments including sales, finance, human resources, warehousing, transportation, and marketing to drive the company's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include managing financial performance by understanding and influencing critical financial indicators, guiding staff recruitment and development, and enhancing operational efficiencies through key performance indicators (KPIs) analysis.
