The role of Sous Chef at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a crucial position responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen to deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.10 to $24.45 and entails working variable shifts including weekends. The Sous Chef works under the general direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, providing professional leadership and guidance to kitchen personnel, including hiring and training line cooks and dishwashers.
