The CAD Drafter role at Czarnowski is a pivotal position responsible for supporting the technical drawing and planning needs for building and manufacturing exhibit and tradeshow booths. This role requires proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor to create and detail layouts, sections, views, and diagrams that meet established drafting standards. The CAD Drafter works closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy and completeness in the drawings by managing redline corrections and adhering to company document management procedures. Efficiency and attention to detail are critical, as this position demands the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain the pace in a busy office environment. The CAD Drafter is expected to take projects from conception to completion, providing essential support in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope.
Ideal candidates for this role are those who combine technical knowledge with practical fabrication understanding, preferably with construction experience.                 - associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
 - or three to five years related experience and/or training
 - construction background helpful
 - must be able to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and problem solve
 - excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - excellent organizational skills
 - Microsoft Office Suite proficient
 - experience in 3D modeling using AutoCAD or Inventor
 - knowledge of cabinet and metal fabrication helpful
