The role of Audio Visual Technician at Cushman & Wakefield is integral to supporting a broad range of corporate events and meetings by ensuring the seamless functionality of audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment. This position is designed to assist clients with all audio-visual business requirements, offering alternative solutions and identifying time and cost constraints to deliver high-level, professional corporate conference settings. The Audio Visual Technician will coordinate AV services with various internal departments and external vendors, maintaining all equipment through troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repair as necessary. The technician will operate AV equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems for various purposes such as training events, presentations, lectures, and employee meetings. Maintaining manuals and guidelines for AV equipment use and staying current with the latest audio-visual technology trends also form a key part of this role. Additionally, the position requires physical capability to transport and set up heavy equipment, maintaining professional appearance, and strong communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate ranging from $20.40 to $24.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, geographic location, eligibility for collective bargaining agreements, and more.
