The Assistant General Manager position at EVEN Hotel Atlanta – Cobb Galleria focuses on achieving hotel profitability by driving revenue generation, controlling costs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and developing employees while maintaining the overall integrity of the property. This leadership role is crucial in supporting sales initiatives by engaging with key clients and hosting business events to nurture relationships and promote the hotel. The Assistant General Manager is also responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting regular department tours, facilitating staff meetings and training sessions, holding financial reviews, and ensuring adherence to budget and accounting procedures. A major part of the role includes developing managerial talent for future advancement through competency and corporate-sponsored training programs.
