They will manage ERS service level agreements, coordinate activities within Real Estate Centers of Excellence, and ensure seamless delivery of services ranging from site operations to strategic acquisition and project implementation. This position entails strategic leadership on real estate transformation initiatives and the identification of innovative real estate solutions that add value to the business units. Responsibilities include forecasting customer demand, managing resources, and ensuring supply alignment to meet these demands. Additionally, the role involves overseeing project intake processes, including business case development, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. The leader will also engage with state and local government agencies to ensure compliance and strategic alignment. A critical component of the role is the stewardship of capital plans and operating budget forecasts, enabling the business units to meet their financial and operational targets effectively. Travel is a significant aspect of this role, with 40 to 60 percent domestic and international travel expected, demonstrating the global scope of the responsibilities.   • Minimum 12 years relevant experience or minimum 10 years experience with advanced degree
  • At least 10 years experience with Corporate Real Estate transactions

  • At least 7 years experience managing project intake processes
  • Available to travel 40% - 60% domestically and internationally
