The hotel also houses Sweet Waters on the River, a popular local dining spot, and offers more than 15,000 square feet of flexible event space, making it an ideal venue for events of all sizes. This position involves collaborating closely with the General Manager and the Director of Sales to achieve strategic goals and drive revenue growth, particularly focusing on the business travel market segment and group sales. The Associate Director of Sales plays a critical role in shaping sales strategies, forecasting business volume, and supporting the overall sales team in executing proactive selling efforts. Responsibilities include leading promotional events, conducting industry and market research, ensuring adherence to financial standards and contracts, and maintaining positive relationships across departments and with clients. The role also includes mentorship and training, helping to build a competent and high-performing sales team.
