The Associate Director of Sales position plays a critical role in driving revenue and strategic growth for one of Columbia Hospitality’s flagship properties, the Valley River Inn — Eugene’s only riverfront hotel, known for its natural beauty and upscale charm. Nestled on the banks of the Willamette River with over 250 fully renovated rooms and suites, Valley River Inn offers guests a blend of Pacific Northwest ambiance and modern comfort, alongside prominent event spaces and dining at Sweet Waters on the River. The Associate Director of Sales works collaboratively with the General Manager and Director of Sales to achieve property revenue objectives through strategic planning, proactive selling, and market segment growth, with a focus on business travel and group sales.   • Minimum of 4-6 years of hospitality sales experience, or similar environment
  • possess extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and/or event management with sales and negotiation skills
