The Assistant Tasting Room Manager position at Lewis Cellars represents a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the guest experience at this luxury winery's newly designed tasting room. Reporting directly to the Tasting Room Manager, the successful candidate will be a hospitality professional with a passion for wine and a proven background in delivering luxury guest services. This full-time role demands flexibility, including availability on weekends, holidays, and evening shifts, as well as strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations and enhance the tasting room’s performance. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, facilitating training, fostering a positive and high-performance team culture, and ensuring guest satisfaction stays consistently above 98 percent. In addition to managing daily operations, the Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with other departments such as Events, Marketing, and Wine Society to promote the brand and support other winery locations including Landmark Vineyards and JUSTIN Winery. The role involves mentoring team members, managing schedules, handling administrative duties like timecards and performance reviews, and driving sales goals including Wine Insider sign-ups.   • 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience
