  • At least three years of experience in a retail leadership role
  • Strong background in sales, merchandising, and team management
  • Ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
