The current opportunity is for the position of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Tavernetta Vail, a prestigious dining establishment that is a joint venture between Four Seasons Vail and the acclaimed Frasca Hospitality Group. Known for its authentic Italian cuisine and warm hospitality, Tavernetta Vail continues the legacy of excellence set by the Michelin-starred Frasca Food and Wine and other notable venues under the Frasca umbrella. This role is a key part of the Food and Beverage Management team and reports directly to the General Manager. It focuses on enhancing the guest and employee experience through outstanding service quality, guest recognition, and efficient reservation management using Open Table technologies. The position offers a full-time employment with an annual salary starting at $75,000, complemented by an attractive package of benefits aimed at supporting the professional and personal well-being of employees.   • Two plus years previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
  • ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications
  • previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems
