The role involves teaching, managing aviation-related academic programs, advising students, and mentoring the University’s Student Drone Operations Team (SDOT) and other aviation student organizations. The candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines including Air Traffic Control, Airport Administration, and Flight Education faculty, reinforcing a strong interdisciplinary approach. Teaching responsibilities generally require handling a 15-credit or higher load each semester.
