The role of Attraction Operations Supervisor at Universal Kids Resort is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of multiple ride and attraction venues. This full-time supervisory position focuses on managing hourly team members while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, operational budgets, and guest satisfaction goals. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards across attractions, including shows, water play areas, and dry play zones, guaranteeing that guests have safe and enjoyable experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and support team members and supervisors, fostering a productive work environment that enhances both team member satisfaction (TSAT) and guest satisfaction (GSAT).
In this role, the supervisor ensures that operational procedures meet Universal Kids Resort's departmental standards and are continuously improved upon based on careful analysis of safety trends and incident reports. They coordinate with various internal departments such as Technical Services, Engineering, Facilities, and Entertainment to align resources, plan for seasonal initiatives, and ensure smooth operations. Apart from overseeing daily activity, the supervisor manages labor budgets by approving schedules and optimizing staffing to meet business needs effectively. The position also entails managing emergency responses such as ride evacuations and weather-related decisions, ensuring timely communication and action according to leadership guidance.
The Attraction Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding by participating in hiring and training processes.
