Located in the vibrant city of Miami, The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne offers a stunning waterfront setting characterized by elegance and tranquility. This prestigious property is dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences through impeccable service and attention to detail. As part of its Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, the hotel is looking for a Management professional to join its front-line leadership. The position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations within key departments such as Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services. It plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards of the property, and helping to meet the financial goals.
This full-time management role offers an hourly pay range between $25.02 and $28.37 and includes eligibility for bonuses. Relocation assistance is available, making it an accessible opportunity for qualified candidates. The Manager will be responsible for opening and closing shifts, reviewing room operations reports, scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention policies, and maintaining departmental budgets. Working closely with employees, the Manager will oversee guest arrival and departure procedures to provide the highest level of service consistent with The Ritz-Carlton's luxury standards.
Beyond managing operational duties, the role involves contributing to revenue management by supervising same-day selling procedures and optimizing room rates. The candidate will use budgets, operating reports, and payroll data to help control departmental expenses and support the property’s financial objectives. This position also requires a dedication to exceptional guest experience, including handling guest feedback and complaints sensitively and effectively while helping investigate accidents when necessary.
