Employment in this position is full-time, offering competitive compensation ranging from $15.38 to $26.44 per hour, which translates to an approximate annual salary of $44,850 to $68,500 based on a 50-hour workweek. There is also potential for monthly bonuses depending on the location. As an Assistant Manager at Applebee's, you will be an integral part of daily restaurant operations, tasked with motivating staff and ensuring customers have memorable dining experiences. You will lead by example, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. This leadership role involves scheduling, quality control, guest relations, staff training, safety compliance, and inventory management, among other responsibilities. • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
