This includes meticulous attention to uniform standards, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and in-store signage being in appropriate locations. Beyond operational oversight, the assistant general manager actively contributes to the business's financial health by helping to achieve sales and profitability targets. They assist in staffing according to sales projections, oversee inventory management to reduce waste and theft, ensure compliant cash handling procedures, and work to control labor and supply costs. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
