The Resident Services Coordinator role at Greystar involves organizing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of resident services and programs aimed at enhancing the living experience for community members. Typically serving stabilized properties with a significant number of units—in this case, a community with 685 units—the Resident Services Coordinator is expected to maintain a welcoming and efficient leasing office environment and ensure smooth resident interactions. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in customer service and multi-family housing
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work both inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business needs
