The Management Program at Tri-Arc/Bojangles is designed for dynamic individuals ready to embark on an exciting career in the food service industry. This full-time position offers a pathway to leadership within a well-established and successful company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Managers undergo a comprehensive paid training program lasting between eight to twelve weeks, designed to certify candidates in all crew positions as well as in ServSafe standards. Training includes rigorous timed skills tests, written exams, classroom sessions, and the development of key management capabilities, ensuring that managers are well-prepared to lead teams effectively.
Ideal candidates for this program embody qualities such as strong leadership, excellent time management skills, high standards of professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Being self-motivated and dependable is crucial, as is maintaining regular attendance. This role requires open availability including weekends, holidays, and the capacity to work approximately 50 hours per week in 10-hour shifts.
