ELS is currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager at its property in N Fort Myers, Florida. This role is instrumental in supporting property operations and ensuring the satisfaction of guests and residents, directly assisting the General Manager in the smooth management of daily activities. The Assistant Manager will engage in a variety of responsibilities including welcoming guests, maintaining effective communications across property and regional personnel, processing accounts payable and rent payments, and supporting procurement reconciliation processes. The position also involves handling inquiries, organizing property office files, participating in training sessions, and undertaking miscellaneous administrative and operational duties as needed.
This full-time position is ideal for a candidate who is meticulous, organized, and experienced in office administration, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated accounting systems.
