- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and manage teams
- Strong knowledge of fine dining standards and culinary trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with restaurant management and POS software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional mornings
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
