This position is a fully onsite role based in Colliers' Inland Empire office located in Ontario, California. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring that the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. In addition to serving as the face of the office, you will perform various administrative tasks such as handling mail and courier services, maintaining office supply inventory, processing office invoicing through Coupa, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments for equipment upkeep. This position also involves supporting event coordination, managing conference room bookings, and organizing office spaces like the kitchen and lobby.
The role requires showing professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions, particularly with brokers, clients, and coworkers. Candidates should demonstrate dedication through integrity, honesty, and adherence to company policies. The position offers an hourly wage range of $23.00 to $25.00 USD, with pay determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
