You will be expected to handle various administrative tasks such as making and confirming guest reservations, maintaining room assignment records, sorting incoming mail, and running reports to assist in operational management.
The Assistant General Manager must also safeguard all company assets by strictly following policies outlined in the Safety and Security Manual. This attention to safety and security ensures the protection of both guests and property. Furthermore, this position requires flexibility and a readiness to perform additional duties as assigned by senior management including the General Manager, Area Manager, or other management personnel. The scope of these duties may frequently involve cross-functional responsibilities across various departments.
