Currently, The Waymark Chattanooga is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join its opening team. This role is pivotal in supporting the hotel's operations, ensuring that all departments function effectively and cohesively to deliver top-tier guest and employee satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant GM will play a key role in overseeing the financial performance, sales growth, and revenue generation initiatives, as well as aid in implementing property-wide strategies aligned with Hilton’s brand service standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive work environment, lead, coach, and develop team members, and ensure compliance with all corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant General Manager will also be actively involved in day-to-day operations, including front desk management, inventory controls, and staff scheduling, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and achieves its operational goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $77,093 and $96,366.40, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. • Minimum 3-5 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a hotel environment
