The role of Restaurant General Manager at Shake Shack holds a critical position in maintaining and driving the brand's high standards of hospitality and operational success. It is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $74,984 to $96,449.60 annually. This role demands a seasoned leader with a minimum of three years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant management environment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a dynamic team to deliver exemplary service and hospitality that guests expect from the brand. The position requires strong capabilities in managing complex restaurant operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety and health protocols. Financial acumen is critical, as you will manage budgets, payroll, scheduling, and meet profitability goals.

                - Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience
 - Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
 - Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of operations
 - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching
 - Knowledge of financial management and P&L responsibilities
 - Willingness to work flexible hours
 - Food handler certification preferred
