The Assistant General Manager position at the Courtyard Portland East located at 2811 NE 181st Ave, Portland, OR 97230 is a critical leadership role focused on achieving hotel profitability through strategic revenue generation, cost control, and superior guest satisfaction. The role demands a hands-on executive capable of managing multiple aspects of hotel operations, overseeing departments daily, and driving employee development while maintaining the hotel’s integrity and operational standards.
This role plays an essential part in the hotel’s sales efforts by engaging with key clients, hosting events, and maintaining robust relationships with top accounts.
