The role of Assistant General Manager at Market Broiler is a pivotal leadership position within the restaurant. This employment opportunity is offered on a full-time basis with a salary range between $73,840 and $90,000 annually, plus a bonus opportunity of 5 to 10 percent. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards for guest service and food quality. This position requires a motivated individual with 2 to 4 years of full-service restaurant management experience who can effectively lead a team, manage restaurant budgets, and deliver service excellence. The Assistant General Manager regularly monitors staffing levels to assure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, opens and closes shifts, handles guest concerns, and works collaboratively with the kitchen and management team to maintain a positive work environment. The role also includes participation in department meetings to drive the achievement of departmental goals and sustain high employee performance.
