The Food Supervisor role is a full-time position at UC Health Long's Peak Hospital, located within a Sodexo-managed facility. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.50 to $24.08, primarily during varied morning shifts. In this role, you will act as a vital link between management and service employees engaged in various food operations, which include fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining settings, and cafes. As a Food Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure excellent quality service and improve the overall dining experience for customers while maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a safe and healthy work environment. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage daily work activities of the food service team effectively. You will assist management by supervising the work of service employees, supporting orientation and training programs, helping resolve customer issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position demands dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and adaptability to changing situations and client needs.
