• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners in written and verbal form
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and operate digital equipment, meters, dials, and/or calibrated scales
• Ability to safely operate hazardous tools and equipment such as an espresso machine, coffee grinder, commercial ovens
• Ability to use precision and non-precision hand tools
• Ability to learn new technology systems, methods, and processes
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices
• Must report any potential hazards not immediately remedied to a supervisor
• Food Handler certification required
• Completion of Starbucks Barista Basics Training Program and any additional recommended Starbucks leadership training required
• Must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
