This management position at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Palm Beach Gardens is designed for a skilled professional to oversee and direct all aspects of the property’s operation. The role is full-time and offers a salary ranging from $163,000 to $213,000, with eligibility for bonuses and stock packages reflecting the level of leadership and impact expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing high standards in areas such as life-safety, loss prevention, and owner privacy, ensuring the community remains safe, secure, and highly desirable. They will manage the facility and its various departments, including physical plant operations, with an emphasis on protecting and enhancing the property’s value.
Serving as a liaison to Association shared services directors in departments such as Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Accounting, and Housekeeping is a critical part of the role. The property manager will develop and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at delivering superior products and services that meet or exceed resident and employee expectations while driving a positive return on investment. The role requires consistent evaluation and correction of building services and systems to continuously increase property value and resident satisfaction. - FL CAM license required
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and property management, or related field with 6 years experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4 years experience

- 8 or more years senior management experience in a four star or four diamond hotel
