The Room Utility role at Schulte Companies is an integral position designed for individuals who are energetic, service-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-quality guest experience. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all hotel public areas, such as restrooms, hallways, and stairwells, to ensure they meet the company’s high standards. Additional responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture and pictures, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as emptying carts of soiled linen and disposing of trash. The Room Utility team member also tackles tasks like removing spots and debris, polishing fixtures, cleaning ashtrays, delivering items to guest rooms upon request, and assisting with guest room cleaning as needed.
