We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Facility Maintenance professionals to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves a blend of maintenance duties and customer service responsibilities, ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and fully operational at all times. While previous experience in maintenance is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for all positions, as we provide training to help you succeed.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout parking facilities using manual and automated tools such as brooms, mops, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment. You'll identify and resolve maintenance issues, undertake painting duties, manage lighting repairs, and promptly report any problems or irregularities to management.
Customer interaction is a significant component of this role. You'll assist facility users by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service aligned with our core customer satisfaction principles. The job also offers variety, including covering different operational roles such as cashier or attendant when needed. Your presence will ensure the facility’s neat appearance, compliance with safety standards, and smooth day-to-day operations.
This position demands physical fitness since tasks include heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, extended periods of standing or walking, and performing various physical movements such as climbing, bending, and stooping. The work environment may expose you to outdoor elements, dust, chemicals, and fluctuating weather conditions.

 - Previous facility maintenance experience preferred but not required
 - Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
 - Availability to work flexible shifts including possible 3rd shift and weekends
