We are currently seeking a talented and experienced kitchen leader to join our team as a Back of House (BOH) Manager. This role is critical in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of high-volume kitchen experience and possess solid leadership skills within a BOH setting such as a Sous Chef, Lead Line, or Kitchen Manager. As a hands-on role, you will be actively engaged in all aspects of kitchen operations from mentoring staff to cooking and preparing food when needed. In this leadership position, you will spearhead daily BOH operations, working closely with Front of House (FOH) leadership and Event Planners to coordinate seamless event execution and superior guest service. Your responsibilities will include ordering inventory, verifying deliveries, controlling waste, and managing food costs to maximize operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for writing schedules based on business volume and labor budgets, all while enforcing stringent food safety and sanitation standards to protect both staff and guests. This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
