The Prep Cook role is vital to our kitchen’s success, responsible for planning, preparation, and quality assurance of food production for menu items and specials. The Prep Cook will work closely with chefs to ensure that all prep work is efficiently completed before service and that workstations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
