This full-time opportunity for a Barback is situated within one of the luxurious properties managed under the Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division of HHM Hotels. The role of a Barback is integral to the smooth operation of the hotel’s bars, supporting bartenders to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and servicing the bar area according to established guest service and sustainability standards, as part of HHM Hotels’ EarthView program. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring all necessary supplies are adequately stocked and readily available. You will engage in guest interactions by greeting and acknowledging patrons, which helps to enhance the overall customer experience. Your duties will include managing perishable garnishes, mixing juices, replenishing ice, and supporting the bartender in routine tasks such as transporting taps and performing basic maintenance on beer kegs.
