The Bakery/Packager role at Sam's Club is a dynamic position that requires a dedicated team member with a passion for baking, following precise recipes, maintaining organization, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves preparing fresh bakery items daily according to specified recipes and procedures, ensuring that bakery products are wrapped, labeled, and stored properly to maintain freshness and quality for members. This position demands multitasking ability as the associate will often juggle baking production duties alongside assisting members with their bakery orders promptly and accurately. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $24.00, with additional performance-based bonuses and premium pay based on schedules or specific job circumstances. The work is physically demanding, often requiring standing for long periods and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
