The company is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager for its Houston location. This full-time on-site role is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering a continuous Meow Wolf experience through a rotating menu of experiential food and drink offerings alongside grab-and-go food options. The role blends responsibilities of multiple positions including barista, bartender, cook, and server. Candidates must be able to work flexible day or night shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and must be at least 21 years of age. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of guest service that align with Meow Wolf’s culture, combining hands-on food and beverage preparation with team leadership, operational oversight, and administrative tasks such as training, hiring, cash handling, and inventory management. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing budgets, enforcing cash management protocols, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations while maintaining a fun and creatively enriched atmosphere. The position requires flexibility, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a willingness to engage collaboratively with a diverse team. • Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 3 years management experience in entertainment/hospitality/operations environment
• Proven work experience as an F&B Assistant Manager, Bar Assistant Manager, Assistant Food Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems
• Proven experience managing and achieving budgets
• Extensive knowledge of food service, liquor, bartending and service protocols
• Strong service skills and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
