It holds crucial FAA certifications such as CFR 14 FAA Part 133 for External Loads, Part 135 for Non-Scheduled Transport, Part 137 for Agricultural Spray Operations, Part 141 for Flight Training, and Part 145 for Repair Station capabilities. This comprehensive certification portfolio showcases KBFS's extensive operational capacity and compliance with regulatory standards, positioning it as a leading entity in the aviation industry.
KBFS is an integral part of the contract aviation support network for the Department of Defense, U.S. federal agencies, and approved foreign military and security organizations. The international ISR Training Academy located in Crestview, FL, exemplifies KBFS’s commitment to high-quality aviation education by offering specialized pilot, mission system operator, flying crew chief, and loadmaster qualification training in various mission sets including air-land, airdrop, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).
