The role of the AM Kitchen Helper at Resort Lifestyle Communities plays a vital part in ensuring a first-class dining experience for the residents and their guests. As a full-time position, the AM Kitchen Helper works closely with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the guidance of the Executive Chef. This role involves assisting in meal preparation and upkeep of the dining area, focusing on tasks such as food prep, stocking salad bars, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables in the dining room. After meals, the helper is responsible for resetting the dining room and kitchen, which includes washing dishes, removing trash, and busing tables to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The AM Kitchen Helper will be scheduled to work from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, providing consistent hours that support work-life balance without late-night shifts.
