The Cook II is an essential role responsible for the preparation, production, and service of menu items in alignment with chef directives. This position requires adherence to established recipes and food safety standards to ensure the highest quality of food served to guests. The role involves not only cooking but also maintaining organization and cleanliness in the kitchen. The Cook II often works various food stations during service, sometimes involving direct guest interaction, depending on the restaurant setting. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong culinary skills, time management, and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment. The compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 to $26.40 per hour, with actual pay determined by the applicant's experience and organizational budget. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary School graduate preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
