The role of Supervisor, Reservations, is an essential leadership position within Classic Vacations, primarily focused on leading and motivating a team of Travel Sales Specialists responsible for booking and managing luxury travel arrangements. This position is remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA while maintaining full-time engagement with a competitive salary complemented by performance-based incentives. As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Reservations, ADS, and play a critical role in driving sales excellence, fostering professional growth, and maintaining superior customer service standards. In this role, your key responsibility will be to inspire your team to perform at their best by coaching, motivating, and supporting them on a daily basis. You will be instrumental in cultivating a positive and engaging work environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, and pride in delivering outstanding service. The Supervisor will also oversee the efficient management of departmental inboxes, prioritize workloads, and address escalations promptly to ensure seamless customer interactions. Beyond team leadership, the position demands a hands-on approach in training and development, working closely with the Training Team to implement skill-building programs that enhance sales techniques, customer communication, and product knowledge. You will conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback through monthly one-on-one meetings, administer Performance Improvement Plans where necessary, and continuously monitor key performance indicators to promote operational excellence. Critical to the success of this role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Travel Advisors and internal partners across Customer Care, Operations, and Product teams, facilitating collaboration and swift resolution of complex issues. The Supervisor will also lead data analysis efforts by reviewing daily and monthly performance reports, enabling data-driven decisions that improve team efficiency and service quality. Ideal candidates for this role bring a minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience within reservations, contact centers, or hospitality operations, combined with a proven track record in sales and customer service environments. Candidates are expected to have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with either Plex or similar reservation/CRM systems, with Smartsheet knowledge considered an advantage.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
