Petco is currently seeking an Operations Generalist to join their Pet Care Center team. As an Operations Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that merchandising and inventory strategies are flawlessly executed at the Pet Care Center. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of operational duties, from receiving and stocking merchandise to maintaining a clean and organized environment. Interaction with guests is key in this position, and you will be expected to provide an excellent customer experience at the register and throughout the store. By working collaboratively with the entire Pet Care Center team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes the welfare, health, and proper care of animals. This role requires a demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a proactive approach in supporting pet care procedures. Attention to detail in merchandise presentation—ensuring products are properly stocked, correctly priced, and attractively displayed—is essential for delighting guests and fulfilling their needs effectively.
