This graveyard shift role, operating from 11 pm to 7 am, involves responsibilities where the Heavy Duty Cleaner ensures that all kitchen equipment such as stoves, hoods, and floors are thoroughly cleaned and broken down to meet stringent health department standards. The role requires performing tasks such as emptying trash, replacing ice in salad bars, cleaning drains, walls, and counters, and other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors. The position demands physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and various forms of mobility for effective cleaning and sanitation. The role calls for individuals who can follow instructions meticulously and adhere to appearance standards, including restrictions on visible tattoos, piercings, and unnatural hair colors.
