Day-to-day responsibilities involve delivering high standards of service as outlined in the company’s Food and Beverage training program, assisting with food and beverage service at the bar, greeting members by name, timely execution of orders, and effectively handling member and guest concerns with professionalism and prompt service recovery. This role requires preparation and maintenance of the bar area each shift, ensuring bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice are fully stocked and properly arranged. The Bartender must also maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily specials and features, and possess a thorough understanding of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club. The position encourages teamwork and proactive assistance to fellow employees to promote a positive working environment and exceptional service delivery. • Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
