The Gourmet Chef position plays a vital role in sustaining the high standards and reputation of our bistro and catering services. In this role, the Gourmet Chef collaborates closely with the deli/bistro team lead and executive chef to set and meet goals related to sales, product quality, presentation, and customer service. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and vendors positively and professionally. Responsibilities also include order handling, menu planning, food cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
