The Airside Experience Specialist blends exceptional hospitality with hands-on operational support, ensuring guests feel supported and valued from the moment an aircraft touches down until it takes off. This role involves operating ground service equipment and performing aircraft ground services such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory services, ground power, potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing. The specialist is also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and secure ramp environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first mindset are critical to maintaining professional and friendly interactions with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers. The position demands schedule flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions around active aircraft safely. Compensation for the Airside Experience Specialist ranges from $23.00 to $24.50 per hour, reflecting the candidate0s skill set, education, shift, responsibilities, seniority, geographic location, and other factors. This role also complies with strict safety protocols, emergency response, operational procedures, and security measures. • High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
• Ability to pass drug tests
• Meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge
• Must be insurable by company insurance policies
• Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
• Excellent vision and coordination
• Ability to pass color vision test
• Valid state driver0s license
• Commercial driver0s license required in some locations
• Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related field
