The Catering Delivery Driver position at QDOBA is essential to the overall dining experience, as the driver plays a key role in representing the brand to customers outside the restaurant. This is a hospitality-oriented role that involves more than just delivering orders; it requires delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring order accuracy, and demonstrating enthusiasm and reliability. Drivers at QDOBA are tasked with safely transporting catering orders to customers in a timely manner, while also contributing as team members within the restaurant when not on the road. The driver must maintain meticulous delivery logs, obtain guest signatures to confirm order receipt, and uphold the aesthetic presentation of food and beverages during transportation. Efficiency is critical, so drivers strategically load orders for maximum timeliness and double check all items before heading out. This position offers an hourly pay range of $15 to $19, with the added potential to earn a flat rate catering service fee for eligible delivered orders. • At least 18 years old
• Reliable clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance
• Valid driver's license and maintain on person at all times
• Submit to a motor vehicle report (MVR) to establish good driving history within the past 36 months
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
